What to expect with your Flower Delivery

Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation message by text and/or email. The email serves as a digital receipt and includes all order details. Please review it, and if any changes are needed, let us know.

You will also get a text or email when your flowers are dispatched from our shop. This will give you an approximate delivery time, but please note that extensive delivery runs can take several hours to complete. Your proximity to the shop doesn’t ensure your order will be delivered first, as our routing software determines the most efficient circular route.

Once your bouquet has been delivered, you will receive a notification. If you provided an email, you will receive a photograph of the delivery. We take a photo on the doorstep to avoid awkward moments at the door. Flowers will not be left on the doorstep unless requested and only if the area is protected and secure.
