What to expect with your Flower Delivery

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via text message and/or email. This email serves as a digital receipt and contains all the details of your order. Please review it carefully and let us know if you need to make any changes.

You will also receive a notification when your flowers have left our shop for delivery. This will provide an estimated delivery time, but please be aware that our delivery runs can be quite extensive and may take several hours to complete. The proximity of your location to our shop does not guarantee that your order will be delivered first, as our routing software determines the most efficient circular route from our shop.

After your bouquet has been delivered to the recipient, you will receive another notification. If you have provided an email address, you will also receive a photograph of the delivery. Please note that we take a photo of the order on the doorstep before delivery to avoid awkwardness at the door. We do not leave flowers on the doorstep unless requested, and only if the location is protected and secure.
