You receive a text and or email when your flowers have left our shop on delivery. This will give you an idea of when your flowers might arrive - however bear in mind we sometimes have quite large delivery runs and can take several hours to complete. Proximity to the shop does not necessarily mean your order will be delivered first as our routing software works out the most efficient route in a circular route from our shop.
Once your bouquet has been delivered to the recipient you will receive a text and or email, if you have provided and email you will also receive a photograph of your delivery. Please note we take a photo of the order on the doorstep before delivery to avoid awkward photos at the door. We don't leave flowers on the doorstep unless we have been asked to and it is protected and secure.
