What to expect with your Flower Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via text and/or email. This email is your digital receipt and contains your order details. Please check it and contact us if you need to make any changes.

A notification will be sent to you when your flowers leave our shop for delivery, giving you an estimated arrival time. However, please keep in mind that delivery runs can take several hours, depending on the number of deliveries. Your order’s proximity to the shop doesn’t ensure first delivery, as our routing software plans the most efficient circular route.

When your bouquet is delivered, you will receive another text or email. If an email address was provided, you will also get a photo of your delivery. We photograph the order on the doorstep to avoid awkwardness at the door. Flowers aren’t left on the doorstep unless specifically requested and only if the area is secure and protected.
